New for 2022, TAG Heuer introduces the Aquaracer Professional 1000 Superdiver!
Inspired by the Orange Diver Reference 844, which became iconic because of its vibrant tangerine dial. Orange has always been an important colour for those who are close to the water, a symbol of safety and security at sea, the strong tone used in the orange of the dial on this latest addition, is prevalent due to its strong contrast against the blue of the ocean. Orange is also one of the universal colours for speed, security, and records, used on racing tracks or also on NASA spacesuits.
A fine brushed and polished 45mm case this ISO 6425:2018 certified titanium watch is built for saturation diving and ultimate reliability. Housed inside the case is TAG Heuers TH30-00 movement with a 70-hour power reserve. A contrasting uni-directional rotating bezel with scratch resistant black ceramic is 12 sided to ensure it is shaped to offer the perfect grip, the crown is protected, and this timepiece is water resistant to 1000 meters.
With a bold yet functional design the grooved lined orange dial is protected by anti-reflective sapphire crystal glass integrating a magnifier over the date window at 6 o’clock. For increased legibility the indexes and hands have been coated with Super-LumiNova.
Presented on the titanium bracelet this timepiece also includes the Aquaracer Professional 1000s sophisticated fine adjustment system that can extend or reduce the bracelet by up to 1.5cm, enabling wearers to adjust the watch for comfort on any occasion.
